What's is an E-Account and how do I set one up?
An
E-Account is a user profile which contains information about your
account. This is stored on our secure servers and can only be accessed
by entering your personal user name and password. E-Accounts make online
shopping safe and easy because they remember your shipping, billing, payment
and account information each time you place an order. E-Accounts also
enable you to check the status of any order you place with
www.IndiaMama.com.

How do I update my E-Account information (like my
password)?
Click here to view and change your E-Account. After you log in, you
can click on the Edit button and make changes to your account. Make
sure and click the "Update E-Account button" to save any changes
you make. When you click on “Update”, you will be able to see your new
updated information. Please remember that your e-mail address and your
name cannot be changed.
What is my Customer Number?
Your e-mail address is your Customer Number.
I tried to log on to my E-Account, but I go back to
the log on screen.
First, make sure you are putting in the correct user name and password
information. If you still have the problem, your browser may not be set
to receive cookies. You will not be able to log on without accepting a
cookie. Check your browser's security settings and enable cookies. If
this is not the case, e-mail

When I try to check my Order Status, the link takes
me to E-Account.

So I just bought a Prepaid Phone card - How do I use
it?
Using a phone card is easy – follow these simple steps:

Dial the toll free access number that was included with your e-mail.

When you hear the voice prompt, enter your PIN number or authorization
code

When prompted, dial the destination number:

US calls, dial 1 + Area Code + Number
For
International calls, dial 011 + Country Code + City Code + Number

If you want to make another call without hanging up, press ##.
How can I tell how many minutes I have available?
The number of minutes available is determined by where you are calling
to and the rate to that country. Each time you use your Phone Card to
place a call, the number of minutes available will be announced to you
before the call connects.
When I try to call I get the message: "Your call
cannot be completed as dialed?" Why?
There may be several reasons for this. First, make sure to follow
the exact instructions we emailed you when you purchased your Phone Card
and make sure you dialed the correct phone number. Also be aware that
some pay phones and cellular phones have restrictions. Check the number
and dial again - if the problem happens again, please contact customer
service at
customerservice@IndiaMama.com .

Can
I recharge my Phone Card?
No, you cannot recharge your Phone Card, but it’s really easy to buy another
card through our website. When reordering, just choose your cards and
enter your Log In information. Your new Phone Card(s) will be issued immediately!
How
do I buy / order a Phone Card?
Go to
www.IndiaMama.com, chose a "phone card" and follow
the instructions. These Phone Cards are ordered online on our web page
24hrs a day 7 days a week.
How can I Pay for Phone Card(s)?
We accept VISA and MasterCard only.
Why was my credit
card declined / rejected?
Like many on-line stores, we have an address verification system in place.
If your credit card was rejected, please verify that the information you
entered is correct and make sure that it matches your credit card billing
information. If you are declined again, please contact your credit card
issuer.
Can
I purchase your Phone Cards over the phone?
No, you can only purchase the cards on our website. For large quantities
contact our sales team or e-mail:

How do I see my Phone Card(s) online?
Just go to
http://www.IndiaMama.com and click on "order
status". Once you enter your "User Name" and password
you will be able to view all of your order information.
What if I want to order a lot of cards?
Contact us at
sales@IndiaMama.com and we will have a sales person contact you
as soon as possible.
What is your Return Policy for Phone Cards?
Cards cannot be returned and all sales are final.
What if I want to resell your Phone Cards?

How long will it take to receive my Phone Cards?
If you are purchasing cards for the first time, we will call and verify
your order during normal business hours. Once your account is complete,
then your account will be setup for immediate PIN delivery – that means
that all future orders will be sent automatically within seconds!!
What if I lost my password? How can I get it back?
Click "Log
In" and Click under E-Account "Find a lost password"
just enter your email address and we will e-mail your password.
What if I have a shared email? Can I use it?
In order to ensure your privacy, we do not recommend shared emails. There
are private email accounts available from many websites, including Yahoo,
Hotmail, etc.
Will I receive a bill?
Since this is a prepaid service, your credit card is charged at the time
of sale, so you will never receive a bill from us.
If I have a balance on my Phone Card can I transfer
it to another card?
No, balances cannot be transferred between cards – the cards must be used
by themselves.
What denominations are available for your Phone
Cards?
Phone Cards are available in denominations of $10, $20, $25, $30 and $50.
The variety of denominations is available to fit your calling needs. Please
note that all sales are in US Dollars.
Can I send your Phone Cards as a gift to someone
else?
Phone Card PINs are sent directly to your e-mail, so you cannot send them
directly from IndiaMama.com to someone else. However, you may purchase
it first and then forward your phone card or pin to anyone you choose.
Please note that you will always be the original owner of the pin.
Is there a limit to the number of Phone Cards that
I can purchase?
You will be able to purchase up to $100 worth of Phone Cards per month
but if you wish to increase your monthly spending limit please contact
customer service at

I
am traveling to another country. What should I do?
Currently these phone cards can only be used in the US;
however, you can call any international destination from the US.
What
number do I call to use my Phone Card?
Your Access Number is displayed on the screen after you successful purchase
a phone card. In addition, we send an email to you with access number
and PIN information. If you cannot find the number, you can view it again
by clicking on the order status "access number" or browse the
product detail to get only your access number.
Is my credit card information safe on your website?
Yes. We take all issues of security very seriously. All online transactions
at www.IndiaMama.com web site are handled with highest industry-standard
SSL encryption. When you send us your credit card number and your billing
and shipping information, we use a 128-bit encryption code to ensure that
this information is safe from unwanted attention. We use the industry-standard
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information from

Don't worry! If the PIN is not delivered or display after the transition
is completed we can change your order. If the PIN is delivered or display
it means it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, as all sales are
final at IndiaMama.com.
When I purchase a Phone Card, will I get a Phone
card in the mail?
You will not receive any physical card in the mail - as soon as your online
transaction is complete, you will be able to view the Toll Free Access
number and your PIN number(s) right on the screen and a follow-up email
will also be sent to you, so you can save a copy of your Credit Card Transaction
and your Phone Card(s). (For your Security, only last 4 digits of your
credit card number will be included on the email).
How long is my Phone Card active (When does it expire)?
Phone Cards will expire 90 days after they are first used, or 1 year after
the purchase date.
Do your Rates differ depending on the time of the
day of the day of the week?
No. The rates listed with the Phone Cards are the same 24 Hours a day,
7 days a Week. While we strive to maintain up-to-date information about
rates on our website, carriers and service providers reserve the right
to change rates any time. It is recommended to check with customer service
of the service provider of card for up to date rates information.
